Victor Tung joined Edgewood Realty Partners in 2021 as an Acquisition & Development Analyst. Since joining Edgewood, Victor has been actively involved in conducting financial analysis and assisting the acquisition and development team across various activities, including identifying investment opportunities, conducting market research, performing due diligence, and supporting construction management. Additionally, Victor is involved in the conceptual planning, entitlement, and budget creation phases of Edgewood’s developments. Prior to joining Edgewood, Victor was formerly employed as an Asset and Investment Manager at T Group Real Estate in Los Angeles. He has a B.S. in Hotel Administration from Cornell University.
