JOE MCNULTY

Joe McNulty is a Co-Founding Partner of Edgewood Realty Partners, LLC. Prior to co-founding Edgewood, Mr. McNulty was a Partner with the Real Estate Consulting Group of Deloitte & Touche. During the span of a 15 year career with Deloitte, he held a variety of different management positions, overseeing a broad spectrum of real estate consulting projects for clients in the Western U.S., serving property owners and investors, financial institutions and investment banks.

Mr. McNulty also managed the disposition of the landmark Ambassador College Campus in Pasadena, including the famed Ambassador Auditorium. Mr.McNulty served as the exclusive financial advisor to the property owner, the Worldwide Church of God. Mr. McNulty was responsible for all aspects of the disposition program, and was the owner’s lead negotiator in completing the transactions.

Mr. McNulty’s final assignment while with Deloitte was to perform a workout and recapitalization of a failed 1,000 acre private golf course/residential development in La Quinta, California.

Mr. McNulty is a graduate of the University of Southern California, holding both a Bachelors of Science in Finance and a Masters of Business Administration.
