Edgewood Realty Partners and Greystar were selected in August 2021 as co-master developers by Cal Poly Pomona for the site and tasked with bringing the university's vision for a sustainable live, work, learn, play environment to fruition.
Currently, the developers and the University are moving towards an exclusive negotiating agreement. Upon completion, the project will combine elements of multigenerational housing, a collaborative innovation district for students, faculty, and industry, commercial and retail spaces for cafes, restaurants, and outdoor dining, and flex space for office and research to activate and co-create a model for life-long learning.
The project is located in Pomona, CA approximately one mile southeast of the Cal Poly Pomona campus.
