John Jabbra joined Edgewood Realty Partners in 2019 as Real Estate Acquisition & Development Analyst. Since joining Edgewood, John has been actively involved in acquisitions, including identifying investment opportunities, conducting market research, underwriting, and performing due diligence for Edgewood’s investments. Additionally, John is involved in the conceptual planning, market due diligence, entitlement, and budget creation during the pre-development and planning phases of Edgewood’s developments. Prior to joining Edgewood, John was formerly employed as an Engineer at Traylor Bros., Inc. and Skanska USA. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Loyola Marymount University, an M.S. in Construction Engineering from Columbia University, and an M.B.A. from Rice University.
