BECKY RIOS | ASSET MANAGER

Becky Rios joined Edgewood Realty Partners in 2022 as Asset Manager and has over 25 years of real estate management experience in commercial office, medical, industrial and retail assets. In addition to managing properties, she has extensive construction management experience, overseeing both tenant and building improvement projects. As an asset manager, Becky monitors property performance to maximize property revenue, negotiates new and renewal leases, and directs operations and construction teams. Prior to joining Edgewood, Becky most recently worked at Lincoln Property Company, PM Realty Group, and CBRE. She has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Chicago and a Master’s degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is a licensed broker with the California Department of Real Estate and also obtained the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from BOMA. Becky is an active member of BOMA of Greater Los Angeles as well as BOMA California and Central Business Property Association.
