The Lake Cordova Building is located at the southeast corner of Lake Avenue and Cordova Street, in the vibrant South Lake Avenue retail and office corridor in Pasadena.

ERP purchased this project off-market at a significant discount.

The building was neglected by previous ownership, under-performing and in poor condition.

Since acquisition, Edgewood has embarked on an extensive capital expenditure program to update the building’s façade and renovate the interior corridors, bathrooms, lobby and elevator cab.

In May of 2013, Edgewood leased the 4,600 square foot ground floor retail space to Veggie Grill on a long term basis.
