Betty Siwy joined Edgewood Realty Partners in 2014 as Asset Manager and has over 15 years of commercial Real estate experience, including property management, leasing and construction management. Over the course of her career, she has been involved in managing commercial office high-rise buildings, industrial buildings, and retail buildings including stand-alone, mixed-use and shopping centers.
Prior to joining Edgewood Realty Partners, Betty was a Senior Property Manager at Transwestern, where she was involved in managing and overseeing a portfolio consisting of 1.1 million square feet in Pasadena, Glendale, Downtown Los Angeles, Hollywood and Long Beach. Prior to that, she was the Real Estate Manager at CB Richard Ellis where she was responsible for managing two side-by-side high-rise office buildings totaling 550,000 square feet in Century City and won the BOMA Building of the Year under the renovations category. She was also a Portfolio Manager for the Charles Dunn Company and was responsible for managing a mixed portfolio of approximately 1.2 million square feet of office, retail and industrial buildings primarily located in Downtown Los Angeles, Santa Clarita Valley and Pasadena.
Betty holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts with a focus in mathematics education from California State University of Northridge. She is a licensed real estate professional in the state of California and also holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation through IREM. Betty is also an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and BOMA of Greater Los Angeles.
